Research project

The MAILL research group shares an interest in examining the practices of everyday life in relation to networks and communities of different kinds. People eagerly apprentice their new members into their communities, do identity work and participate in problem-solving. Some of the researchers focus on language learning, multimodal literacy practices and collaborative work in technology-mediated environments. Others examine the topic from the perspective of the family, home and sports communities.

NB! After 2013 the activities of the researchers in MAILL are reported in connection with the multidisciplinary research group EveLINE and COACT.
