The Open Source Software Development course for academic year 2019-2020 will begin on Thursday, September 5th, 2019. There are already 53 students registered and more to come.
The course wiki is organised into four tracks:
These provide different viewpoints into the phenomenon and together build up the picture on open source software development. If you want to pass the course, you have to closely monitor each track and deliver the tasks on time.
The deadlines are strict!
Special attention must be paid to the lecture track, which is following the flipped classroom principles. You have to first study the self-study material, such as videos, and only then participate in the lectures. During lecture hours, there are four short exams (each about 30 minutes) that are graded. If you cannot attend to those lectures, there is a longer, combined exam on Thursday, October 22, 2019.
Welcome to the course!
